Bike rental service

We’re excited to offer an additional bike rental service located at the congress entrance, brought to you by ECNP. Renting a bicycle will make your commute to and from the congress venue enjoyable and convenient!

Everything you need to know

1. Rental prices: We offer competitive rental prices.
2. Bike Lock: Each bike comes with a lock to ensure your bike is secure.
3. Rent as long as you like: Pay for your rental upon return of the bike.
4. Insurance included: See below.

Opening times of the 38th ECNP Congress bike rental

The pop up rental service will commence on 11 October 2025 and end on 14 October 2025. Require a different pick-up or drop off time? Contact Yellow Bike via email.
● Saturday 11 October – 9.00-18.00
● Sunday 12 October – 9.00-17.00
● Monday 13 October – 9.00-13.00
● Tuesday 14 October – 8.00-11.00 (returns only)

Why Rent a Bike?

• Easily commute between the congress and your accommodation, in a eco friendly way and at your own pace.
• Cycling is often the fastest way to get around the city.

How to Get Your Bike:

1. Visit the bike rental booth located at the 38th ECNP Congress, in front of the congress entrance.
2. Present your congress badge and sign the rental agreement.
3. We’ll handle a security deposit of 75 Euro either digitally (credit or debitcard) or with cash.
4. You receive your bike!

Returning the Bike:

• Return the bike during opening hours and lock your bike.
• Show your return to the Yellow Bike staff, ensure the key is handed back to the staff on site.
• Pay for the duration of your rental.
• We release your security deposit.

Information about the bicycles

• Supplied with a ring lock
• Insurance included in price
• Hand brake and kick back brake on each bike
• Helmets and smartphone holders available as add-ons

Bicycle Security Policy
Bicycle theft is common in Amsterdam. To help prevent this, always ensure your bike is securely locked when unattended. You are responsible for the bicycle during the rental period.

• If the bicycle is lost but the key is returned, a fee of €40 applies. This is our complimentary standard included rental insurance.
• If both the bicycle and the key are lost, a fee of €300 will be charged to cover the cost of replacement.
