It is possible to cancel your reservation for a bike tour and bike rental. There are no costs associated with cancellation up to 5 days in advance.

Last minute cancellation

If you cancel between 5 days and 24 hours in advance, we will charge you 50% of the price. Changes are often possible free of charge. If you cancel within 1 day (24 hours) before departure, no refund will be given.

Changing the amount of participants in a private group booking

For private groups, it is possible to change the amount of participants up to 10% of the total group within 24 hours, free of charge. This is only valid for bike tours and rental. Canal cruises, dinners, lunches and other partner products are exempt from this part of the policy since we are not always able to cancel reservations with our partners.

Extreme weather conditions

In the event of a weather alarm, it is possible to rebook free of charge. If the weather alarm is due to wind, such as code yellow, and the advice is not to stay indoors, you can also often change the tour to a walking tour. Feel free to contact us for further questions or to rebook your tour.
